About This Wiki
An independent handbook for players finding their way around Bones and Coins.
Who writes these guides?
Bones & Coins Field Guide is the editorial name used by this fan website. We are not Troyd Games, Rogue Duck Interactive, or Gamersky Games, and we do not provide official game support.
What our guides are based on
We use the developer’s announcements, the Steam game description, and official screenshots. The first edition was researched and drafted with AI assistance. We have not playtested the guides.
Menu descriptions explain what the source actually shows. Suggestions about purchases or party choices are editorial advice; they are not measured rankings. Each guide identifies important gaps near its opening answer.
Versions and dates
The full game launched on September 7, 2026. Older Demo and playtest material can describe different heroes, costs, and systems. A launch screenshot does not establish the values in your current save.
“Sources reviewed” records when the linked material was checked. It does not mean the game was played on that date. We change content dates when the article itself changes, not simply to make a page look newer.
Sources you can check
- Official Steam game page and screenshots
- Developer announcements
- Demo v0.8.0 notes — historical version context
The source section on each guide explains its evidence and limits. Screenshots remain the property of their respective rights holders; our skull-and-coin site mark is fan-site branding.
Corrections
Useful corrections identify the page, the affected statement, your game version, and evidence such as a screenshot or developer note. We compare that evidence with the article’s source and correct or qualify the relevant claim.
For bugs in the game itself, use the official Steam discussion board.
